This service consists of live demonstrations and practices of processes related to consumption of coffee in old Quito from the recognition of native plants, ancient kitchen utensils, preparation of recipes according to the ancient traditions and tasting of products made live.

The activities are carried out by the same clients under the supervision of the chef of the Galería Café restaurant. The tasting takes place after the preparation of all the recipes in the restaurant lounge, the dishes to taste are:
